Middle recently added the ability to integrate with Facebook pages, forms and leads. The data in Facebook can be used to trigger actions in other systems such as Hubspot and Twilio.
Active Wellness is using the Facebook integration to automate adding leads from Facebook to its CRM so that it can reach out to prospects faster, improving the odds that they become members at the many gyms they manage.
